Composite materials are continuously replacing the conventional and alloys owing to their weight reduction. Biodegradable fiber-reinforced composite one of prime attractions researcher due easy availability low cost. During drilling these Natural Fiber Reinforced Plastic composites (NFRP), delamination surface roughness problems encountered, which be minimized get better output by adopting different cutting conditions tools. This work aims at naturally available coir using a multifaceted drill bit. Material thickness, spindle speed, feed rate, bit diameter input against delamination. After modeling result, sensitivity analysis tool is introduced rate factor minimize SEM images used analyze fracture morphology.
